Tiantai Minjun Handicraft Co., Ltd. sits in Tiantai County — the rubber-traffic-product manufacturing heartland of Zhejiang, home to hundreds of vulcanized-rubber factories that supply the world's road-safety, dock-safety and industrial-protection markets.

Our Story

Tiantai Minjun began as a small workshop in Tiantai county with a simple belief: quality traffic and dock safety products should be accessible directly from the factory, without middlemen inflating prices for global buyers.

Fifteen years later, we operate one of the region's most complete production lines for road-safety and industrial-protection equipment. Every product you see in our catalog is made in-house — from raw rubber intake and PVC injection to lamination, vulcanization, silk-screen and reflective sheeting.

We don't ship blindly. Every order — trial or full-container — flows through the same six-step disciplined workflow:

1. Listen & Define — Application, load / speed target, surface, dimensions, ADA / access, branding, packaging spec.
2. Engineer & Sample — CAD check → mold / sampling → golden sample approved before mass production.
3. Controlled Production — Stable rubber compounding, disciplined vulcanization, in-process QC every 500 pcs.
4. Verify & Document — Dimensional and functional tests, photo records, lot traceability with QC report.
5. Pack & Ship — Protective cartons, pallet map, labels / barcodes / manuals. EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP terms.
6. Support & Replenish — Installation notes, 14-day feedback loop, replenishment plan for recurring buyers.
