• Laminated Rubber Press — standard and steel-faced laminated dock bumpers for freight docks and cold storage
• PVC Injection Line — traffic cones (30 cm to 100 cm), corner guards, cable protector housings
• HDPE Blow-Mold Line — collapsible bollards, water-filled barriers, ground protection mats
• PU Molding — spring-back delineator posts, flexible warning bollards
• Silk-Screen & Reflective Sheeting — custom logos, Pantone matching, HIP / Diamond-grade reflective application
• QC Lab — dimensional gauge, load testing, weather / UV chamber, color spectrophotometer

What a Factory Tour Looks Like

We host virtual and in-person tours for verified buyers. Virtual tours happen live over WhatsApp video call — our sales engineer walks the floor with a phone, showing your specific product line, mold, or in-progress order. In-person tours run for half a day, covering:

1. Raw material intake, quality inspection and warehouse
2. Compound mixing and rubber vulcanization
3. PVC injection and HDPE blow-molding
4. Laminated bumper press and steel-face assembly
5. Silk-screen, reflective sheeting and finishing
6. QC lab and packaging area
7. Loading dock and container-loading demonstration
