Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Our plant in Tiantai County, Zhejiang covers 15,000 m² and runs its own rubber compounding, moulding and reflective-film application lines. You are welcome to arrange a factory audit or a live video walkthrough before ordering.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most items start at 50 pieces. Mixed colours or sizes can usually be combined within one order to reach the minimum — tell us what you need and we will confirm.
How long does production take?
Standard configurations ship in about 15 days after the deposit clears. Custom colours, logo printing or new packaging typically add 5–7 days. Peak season (March–June) can extend this, so we confirm a firm date with every quotation.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We recommend it for any first order. Sample cost and courier freight are quoted case by case, and we credit the sample cost against your first bulk order.
What customisation do you offer?
Body colour to any Pantone reference, silk-screened or heat-transfer logos, altered dimensions on existing moulds, custom reflective-band layouts, and private-label packaging. Entirely new moulds are possible — send a drawing and we will quote tooling separately.
Which certifications do your products carry?
The factory holds CE and ISO 9001. Individual products are built to the reflective and material standards cited in the specification table above. If your project requires a specific standard, tell us at the enquiry stage so we can confirm compliance before you order.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Usual terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy; T/T and L/C are both accepted, and Alibaba Trade Assurance is available. We quote FOB by default and can arrange CIF or DDP on request. We ship to more than 50 countries.
